Provider plans control whether your business profile is private to direct relationships or publicly discoverable by homeowners.
Provider Intro
Provider Intro is the ongoing free provider plan. It lets you create an unlisted company profile and work with homeowners who already know or link your business directly. Your profile is not broadly discoverable in public provider search.
Provider Contributor
Provider Contributor unlocks public provider visibility when your company profile is complete and your access is active. It is best for providers who want new homeowners to discover their business and work. Current pricing is shown in the provider billing page.
Coming soon: Contributors will also be able to add a professional Renoview project showcase to their own website or share it directly with prospective customers. This website showcase is not available yet.
Private and public company states
- No Company means you still need to create your company profile.
- Company Private means your profile exists but is not publicly discoverable.
- Company Public means your profile can appear in provider discovery and on its public URL.
What homeowners can do
- Homeowners can send direct enquiries to provider businesses they already know.
- Homeowners can shortlist discoverable providers before sending an enquiry.
- Homeowners decide when a provider becomes active on a project.
Billing changes
Use Billing in the provider workspace to review the current plan, change billing frequency, or manage payment details. Renoview shows the active subscription state on that page.
