Properties help you group renovation projects by home or address. Use My Properties to add homes, update details, and choose the property you use most often.
Add a property
- Open My Properties.
- Choose Add Property.
- Add a property name, property type, and address.
- Save the property.
Property types
You can label a property as a primary residence, previous residence, investment, rental, or for sale.
Current home
Marking a property as your current home helps Renoview pick the right default when you create or organise projects. Only one property can be marked as current at a time.
Edit or delete a property
- Use Edit to update the property name, type, address, or current-home setting.
- Use View Projects to see projects linked to that property.
- You can delete a property only when it does not have active projects linked to it.
Using properties with projects
Single-room projects can be created without a property, but adding one keeps your workspace easier to scan. Whole Home setup uses property details to create a group of room projects for the same home.
